VIKI by Vital360Rx

Live demo · every patient is made up

See how your practice would use VIKI.

Submit a patient as the office manager. Answer a recovery check-in as the patient. Then see it all as the surgeon, along with the monitoring that counts toward remote therapeutic monitoring (RTM).

No sign-up. Nothing you do in the demo sends a real text or email, and it resets every night.

VIKI surgeon view in the demo: totals for patients, remote monitoring, unreviewed flags and check-ins due today, above a table of made-up patients and the check-ins they answered over the last 7 days.
A patient's daily check-in on a phone, one question at a time with large Yes and No buttons.

Screens show made-up sample data.

Step 1 · Office manager

Submit a patient in about a minute.

Add the patient, their surgeon and the surgery date on one screen. The surgeon field searches as you type.

  • One patient or a whole list. Add a single patient, or upload a CSV.
  • Duplicate check. VIKI warns you if the patient is already on file.
  • Consent, word for word. Text and email consent is saved with the exact wording the patient agreed to.
Try submitting a patient
Submit a patient form with Patient fields (name, date of birth, mobile phone, email, address) and Surgery fields (surgeon, surgery date, procedure, product and status).

Steps 2 and 3 · Patient

The patient says YES, then checks in each day.

Patients don't download anything. They get a text, reply YES to join, and answer a few quick questions from a private link.

  1. VIKI texts an invitationSent on the practice's behalf. Recovery check-ins start only after the patient replies YES.
  2. The patient answers in secondsBig buttons, one question at a time. Texts carry a link, never medical details.
  3. In the demoNo real text is sent. A few seconds after you invite a made-up patient, they "reply YES" on their own so you can see what happens next.

Check-ins are not for emergencies. Patients are told to call 911, and flags are reviewed by the practice during office hours.

Step 4 · Surgeon

See who's on track and who needs a call.

Surgeons get a clear view of their patients in the program without digging through charts.

  • Check-ins answered over the last 7 days, for every patient.
  • Flags first. Answers that need a look, missed days and low adherence rise to the top.
  • Call or message straight from the list.
  • Every view of patient information is logged.
Review flags as the surgeon
Check-in flags screen: flagged answers to review, patients with no answer in 3 or more days, and Call and Message buttons on each row.

Step 5 · Remote therapeutic monitoring

The month's monitoring, organized for your billing team.

The check-ins patients answer and the time your team logs reviewing them are tallied for each patient, each month.

  • Days and minutes, counted for you. Each patient shows days with data and logged clinical time against your practice's RTM rules.
  • What's missing is called out, such as a diagnosis code, an ordering provider or insurance details.
  • A superbill or a CSV for the practice's own billing system, once the month is finalized.

VIKI never submits claims or chooses diagnosis codes. Coding and billing decisions stay with your practice, including whether VIKI's check-ins meet a payer's RTM device requirements. Payer rules vary, so confirm them with your billing team.

Open RTM billing
RTM billing for one month: each made-up patient with days of data and minutes of clinical time, the codes that apply under the practice's rules, and anything missing before the month can be finalized.
